SETH on Reality Creation and Responsibility

When man realizes that he himself creates his personal and universal environment in

concrete terms, then he can begin to create a private and universal environment

much superior to the one that is the result of haphazard and unenlightened constructions.

Our main message:

The next line in man's conceptual development.

The true power is in the imagination which dares to speculate upon that which is not yet. The imagination, backed by great expectations, can bring about almost any reality within the range of probabilities.

If you do not understand that you create your own reality, then you may assign all good results to a personified god, and need the existence of a devil to explain the undesirable reality. So churches as they now exist in Western society need a devil as well as a god.

SETH - In The Beginning

From the book The Seth Material

“The purpose is, quite simply, being as opposed to non-being. I am telling you what I know, and there is much I do not know. I know that help must be given one to the other, and that extension and expansion are aids to being.

Now—and this will seem like a contradiction in terms—there is non-being. It is a state, not of nothingness, but a state in which probabilities and possibilities are known and anticipated but blocked from expression.

Dimly, through what you would call history, hardly remembered, there was such a state. It was a state of agony in which the powers of creativity and existence were known but without the means to manifest them.

“This is the lesson that All That Is had to learn, and that could not be taught. This is the agony from which creativity originally was drawn, and its reflection is still seen.”

Seth uses the word “God”sparingly, usually when speaking to students who are used to thinking in theological terms. As a rule he speaks of “All That Is” or “Primary Energy Gestalts.”

“Some of this discussion is bound to be distorted because I must explain it to you in terms of time as you understand it. So I will speak, for your benefit, of some indescribably distant past in which these events occurred.

All That Is retains memory of that state, and it serves as a constant impetus—in your terms—toward renewed creativity. Each self, as a part of All That Is, therefore also retains memory of that state. It is for this reason that each minute consciousness is endowed with the impetus toward survival, change, development, and creativity. It is not enough that All That Is, as a primary consciousness gestalt, desires further being, but that each portion of It also carries this determination.

“Yet the agony itself was used as a means, and the agony; itself served as an impetus, strong enough so that All That Is initiated within Itself the means to be.

“If—and this is impossible—all portions but the most minute last ‘unit’ of All That Is were destroyed, All That Is would continue, for within the smallest portion is the innate knowledge of the whole. All That Is protects Itself, therefore, and all that It has and is and will create.

“When I speak of All That Is, you must understand my position with in It. All That Is knows no other. This does not mean that there may not be more to know. It does not know whether or not other psychic gestalts like it may exist. It is not aware of them if they do exist. It is constantly searching. It knows that something else existed before Its own primary dilemma when It could not express Itself.

“It is conceivable, then, that It has evolved, in your terms, so long ago that It has forgotten Its origin, that It has developed from still another Primary energy gestalt which has—again, in your terms—long since gone Its way. So there are answers that I cannot give you, for they are not known anywhere in the system in which we have our existence. We do know that within this system of our All That Is, creation continues and developments are never still. We can deduce that on still other layers of which we are unaware, the same is true.

“The first state of agonized search for expression may have represented the birth throes of All That Is as we know It. Pretend, then, that you possessed within yourself the knowledge of all the world’s masterpieces in sculpture and art, that they pulsed as realities within you, but that you had no physical apparatus, no knowledge of how to achieve them, that there was neither rock nor pigment nor source of any of these, and you ached with the yearning to produce them. This, on an infinitesimally small scale, will perhaps give you, as an artist {this was addressed to Rob of course}, some idea of the agony and impetus that was felt.

“Desire, wish, and expectation rule all actions and are the basis for all realities. Within All That Is, therefore, the wish, desire, and expectation of creativity existed before all other actuality. The strength and vitality of these desires and expectations then became in your terms so insupportable that All That is was driven to find the means to produce them.

“In other words, All That Is existed in a state of being, but without the means to find expression for Its being. This was the state of agony of which I spoke. Yet it is doubtful that without this ‘period’ of contracted yearning, All That Is could concentrate Its energy sufficiently enough to create the realities that existed in probable suspension within It.

“The agony and the desire to create represented its proof of its own reality. The feelings, in other words, were adequate proof to All That Is that It was.

“At first, in your terms, all of probable reality existed as nebulous dreams within the consciousness of All That Is. Later, the unspecific nature of these ‘dreams’ grew more particular and vivid. The dreams became recognizable one from the other until they drew the conscious notice of All That Is. And with curiosity and yearning, All That Is paid more attention to Its own dreams.

“It then purposely gave them more and more detail, and yearned toward this diversity and grew to love that which was not yet separated from itself. It gave consciousness and imagination to personalities while they still were but within Its dreams. They also yearned to be actual.

“Potential individuals, in your terms, had consciousness before the beginning or any beginning as you know it, then. They clamored to be released into actuality, and All That Is, in unspeakable sympathy, sought within Itself for the means.

“In its massive imagination, It understood the cosmic multiplication of consciousness that could not occur within that framework. Actuality was necessary if these probabilities were to be given birth. All That Is saw, then an infinity of probable, conscious individuals, and foresaw all possible developments, but they were locked within It until It found the means.

“This was in your terms a primary cosmic dilemma, and one with which It wrestled until All That It Was was completely involved and enveloped with that cosmic problem.

“Had It not solved it, All That Is would have faced insanity, and there would have been, literally, a reality without reason and a universe run wild.

“The pressure came from two sources: from the conscious but still probable individual selves who found themselves alive in a God's dream, and from the God who yearned to release them.

“On the other hand, you could say that the pressure existed simply on the part of the God since the creation existed within Its dream, but such tremendous power resides in such primary pyramid gestalts that even their dreams are endowed with vitality and reality.

“This, then, is the dilemma of any primary pyramid gestalt: It creates realty. It also recognized within each consciousness the massive potential that existed. The means then came to It, It must release the creatures and probabilities from Its dream.

“To do so would give them actuality. However, it also meant ‘losing a portion of Its own consciousness, for it was within that portion that they were held in bondage. All That Is had to let go. While It thought of these individuals as Its creation, It held them as a part of Itself and refused them actuality.

“To let them go was to ‘lose’ that portion of Itself that had created them. Already It could scarcely keep up with the myriad probabilities that began to emerge from each separate consciousness. With love and longing It let go that portion of Itself, and they were free. The psychic energy exploded in a flash of creation.

All That Is, therefore, ‘lost’ a portion of itself in that creative endeavor. All That Is loves all that It has created down to the least for It realizes the dearness and uniqueness of each consciousness which has been wrest from such a state and at such a price. It is triumphant and joyful at each development taken by each consciousness, for this is an added triumph against that first state, and It revels and takes joy in the slightest creative act of each of Its issues.

“It, of Itself and from that state, has given life to infinities of possibilities. From its agony, It found the way to burst forth in freedom, through expression, and in so doing gave existence to individualized consciousness. Therefore is It rightfully jubilant. Yet all individuals remember their source, and now dream of All That Is as All That Is once dreamed of them. And they yearn toward that immense source... and yearn to set It free and give It actuality through their own creations.

“The motivating force is still All That Is, but individuality is not illusion. Now in the same way do you give freedom to the personality fragments within your own dreams and for the same reason. And you create for the same reasons and within each of you is the memory of that primal agony— that urge to create and free all probable consciousness into actuality.

“I have been sent to help you. And others have been sent through the centuries of your time, for as you develop you also form new dimensions and you will help others.

“These connections between you and All That Is can never be severed, and Its awareness is so delicate and focused that Its attention is indeed directed with a prime creator‘s love to each consciousness.

“This session needs reading many times, for there are implications not at first obvious.

SETH on the Families of Consciousness

These psychic groups can be thought of as ... natural

formations into which consciousness seems to flow.

Your own interests, desires, and abilities are not

pre-determined by your membership in a given psychic family.

Your individuality comes first.

You have certain characteristics of your own. These place you in a certain position. As you are not a rock or a mineral, but a person, so your individuality places you in a particular family or species of consciousness. This represents your overall viewpoint of reality; your particular focus & overall mood during your lifetime. These groups of consciousness are not to be equated to astrological houses. There is no correlation between the families of consciousness and bodily characteristics. Counterparts however will generally belong to the same family. One family is not superior to another they are just different, representing various ways of looking at physical life. To one extent or another, each family of consciousness inherently carries within it, varying degrees or traces of all the other families. There is therefore, great diversity. Each personality can learn to identify and make use of these trace family associations/aspects. This is useful as one can add to, temper, or enhance the primary characteristics of the family one belongs to.

Sumari Iconjpg

The Sumari are primarily Creative.

Sumari is a state of mind, a slant of being. Big on self reliance and independence, the Sumari are seldom conformists. In fact they can be relative isolationists, preferring solitude. Their compassion and empathy for others though often serves as an impetus for their creative work. They may also have a mystical sense of connection with nature. They prefer stable environments. They are given to art, but in its broadest sense as, trying to make an “art” of living for example. Many are entertainers. They are initiators AND they want others to take care of what they have created. Those others might even build social structures from their work. They often come to full strength before great social changes. While they are not fighters or reformers their playful work does often end up reforming a society or culture. They believe in the creativity of change, naturally occurring. They beckon the human consciousness to expand, to become more, to embrace more of the possibilities of consciousness. They like to play with details, or use them for creative purposes. They are not “into” large commercial ventures or work that involves habitual or boring routine. Their recognized artistic abilities may predominate or be fairly minimal. They are practical in that they bring creative visions into physical reality, and try to live their lives accordingly.They are playful, and they often provide a cultural, spiritual, or artistic heritage for the species.

Sumafi Iconjpg

Sumafi - Primarily deals with Teaching

Their relationship with others is good, generally speaking. They may be gifted in any field, but their primary interest will be in passing on their knowledge or that of others. They are usually traditionalists, therefore, although they may be brilliant. In a way they are equally related to the family just mentioned, (the Gramada) and to the Sumari, for they stand between the organized system and the creative arts. They transmit “originality” without altering it, however, through the social structures.

I say that they do not alter the originality. Of course any interpretation of an event alters it, but generally they teach the disciplines while not creatively changing the content. As historians for example, they pass down the dates of battles, and those dates are considered almost as immaculate facts, so that in the contest of their training they see no point in questioning the validity of such information.

In the Middle Ages they faithfully copied manuscripts. They are custodians in a way. Again, there are infinite variations. Many music or art teachers are in this category, where the arts are taught with a love of excellence, a stress upon technique — into which the artist, who is often a Sumari can put his or her creativity.

Gramada Iconjpg

Gramada - Specializes in Organization.

Sometimes its members follow immediately after a revolutionary social change. Their organizational tendencies are expressed in any area of life, however. They are behind art schools, for instance, though they may not be artists themselves. They may set up colleges, although they may or may not be scholars.

The founders of giant businesses often belong to this family, as do some politicians and statesmen. They are active, vital and creatively aggressive. They know how to put other people’s ideas together. They often unite conflicting schools of thought into a more or less unifying structure. They are, then, often the founders of social systems. In most cases, for instance, your hospitals, schools, and religions, as organizations, are initiated by and frequently maintained by this group.

These people have excellent abilities in putting together solitary concepts that might otherwise go by the wayside. They are organizers of energy, directed toward effective social structures. They usually set up fairly stable, fairly reasonable governments, schools, fraternities, although they do not initiate the ideas behind those structures.

VOLD Iconjpg

Vold are primarily Reformers

They have excellent precognitive abilities, which of course means that at least unconsciously they understand the motion of probabilities. They can work in any field. In your terms it is as if they perceive the future motion or direction of an idea, a concept, or a structure, They then work with all of their minds to bring that probability into physical reality.

In conventional terms they may appear to be great activists and revolutionaries, or they may seem to be impractical dreamers. They will be possessed by an idea of change and alteration, and will be, at least, driven or compelled to make that idea a reality. They perform a very creative service as a rule, for social and political organizations can often become stagnant, and no longer serve the purposes of the large masses of people involved. Members of this family may also initiate religious revolutions of course. As a rule, however, they have one purpose in mind: to change the status quo in whatever the area of primary interest.

Tumold Iconjpg

Tumold are primarily devoted to Healing.

This does not mean that those people may not be creative or organizers, or teachers, but the primary slant of their consciousness will be directed to healing. you might find them as doctors and nurses, while not usually as hospital administrators. However, they may be psychics, social workers, psychologists, artists, or in the religions. They may work in flower shops. They may work on assembly lines, for that matter, but if so they will be healers by intent or temperament. A garageman could have a healing effect on the customers, and he would be fixing more than cars.

....the healers might also appear as politicians, however, psychically healing the wounds of the nation. An artist of any kind, whose work is primarily meant to help, also belongs in this category. You will find some heads of state, and — particularly in the past — some members of royal families who also belong to this group.

ZULI Iconjpg

Zuli - The Fulfillment of Bodily Activity.

These are the athletes. in whatever field, they devote themselves to perfecting the capacities of the body, which in others usually lie latent.

To some extent they serve as physical models. The vitality of creaturehood is demonstrated through the beauty, speed, elegance, and performance of the body itself. To some extent these people are perfectionists, and in their activities there are always hints of “super’ achievement, as if even physically the species tries to go beyond itself. The members of this family actually serve to point out the unrealized capacity of the flesh—even as, for example, great Sumari artists might give clues as to the artistic abilities inherent, but not used, in the species as a whole. The members of this group deal then in performance. They are physical doers. They are also lovers of beauty as it is corporally expressed.

Members of this family can often serve as models for the artist or the writer, but generally speaking they themselves transmit their energy through physical “arts” and performance. In your terms only, and historically speaking, they often appeared at the beginnings of civilizations, where direct physical bodily manipulation within the environment was of supreme importance. Then, normal physical reactions were simply faster than they are now, even while normal body relaxation was deeper and more complete.

Milumet Iconjpg

Milumet are composed of Mystics.

Almost all of their energy is directed in an inward fashion, with no regard as to whether or not inner experience is translated in usual terms. These persons, for instance, may be utterly unknown, and usually are, for as a rule they care not a bit about explaining their interior activities to others — nor, for that matter, even to themselves. They are true innocents, and spiritual. They may be underdeveloped intellectually, by recognized standards but this is simply because they do not direct their intellect to physical focus.

Those belonging to this family will not be in positions of any authority, generally speaking, for they will not concentrate that long on specific physical data. However, they may be found in some assembly lines that require simple repetitive action — in factories that do not require speed, however. They usually choose less industrialized countries, then, with a slower pace of life. They have simple, direct, childish mannerisms and may appear to be stupid. They do not bother with the conventions.

Strangely enough, though, they may be excellent parents, particularly in less complicated societies than your own. In your terms, they are primitives wherever they appear. Yet they are deeply involved in nature, and in that respect they are more highly attuned psychically than most other people are. Their private experiences are often of a most venturesome kind, and at that level they help nourish the psyche of mankind.

Borledim Iconjpg

Borledim deals primarily with Parenthood.

They are natural “earth parents. This particular family is “source-stock” for the species, providing physical and mental strength. In their children a fine balance is maintained. They have brilliant minds, healthy bodies, and strong clear emotions. No one aspect of mind or body is developed at the expense of another. This family thinks of offspring in the terms of living art, masterpieces in flesh and blood. All of their creative abilities go into the family group and the production of children. Everything else is subordinated to that “ideal.”

Biologically speaking, they possess certain qualities that nullify “negative” codes in the genes. They are usually very healthy people, and marriage into this group can automatically end generations of so-called inherited weaknesses.

As a rule they possess an enchanting spontaneity. They are spiritually keen, kind, humorous, playful, and filled with a lively compassion.

These parents do not sacrifice themselves for the sake of their children. The parents retain their own clear sense of identity and their individual characteristics, serving as clear examples to the children of loving, independent adults. Borledim ideas often spring to prominence before large social changes, and help initiate them.

ILDA Iconjpg

Ilda are made up of the Exchangers

They deal primarily in the great play of exchange and interchange of ideas, products, social and political concepts. They are interested in the outsides of things, social mores, the marketplace, current popular religious or political ideas. Restless, they are travelers spreading ideas and new options like seed-carriers, from place to place. All in all, they mix mores. They are often primarily involved in social changes.

Their characteristics are usually those of the adventuresome. They often insert into closed areas concepts with which others are already familiar. They add to the great flow of communication. Individually they may seem highly diverse in nature, one from the other. These are a lively, talkative, imaginative, usually likable group of people. They may be emotional rather than intellectual. They are explorers, merchants, soldiers, missionaries, sailors, salesmen, even actors or diplomats. Now you can often find them in the departments of government, in those areas where travel is involved, or in finance. They frequently enjoy intrigue.

From Seth's In The Beginning piece, an Individualized one for You.

First a note from Joe: So that I could derive even more personal value for myself from an excerpt I liked I took creative license with some with Seth's material. I've translated it to a form more personally applicable to an individual. So, while you will find much left as it was know that I have manipulated the material some in the following instance. I took a prompt from Seth's last sentence of the original quote in which he said "there are meanings and value within this not at first obvious". I have endeavored to make some of that more obvious. I think what I have generated from Seth's material will be valuable to others beyond myself and so I am making this available to you. In some places then I have made it into first person perspective.

I look at this as a self suggestion and as compass for the directions my larger Self or oversoul is giving me. I invite you to read this not only in that light as coming from your oversoul but also in the light of what AS YET unrealized visions and dreams (for yourself primarily and others secondarily) you have. This can serve you in actualizing them. Doubt, angst and worry will diminish and you will be beckoning your greater Self into a fuller expression here in this physical realm.

I retain memory of that agonizing state and it serves as a constant impetus for me towards renewed creativity. I, as a part of All That Is carry within me the determination to survive, change, develop, and create. I use the agony itself both as a means, and an impetus, strong enough so that I initiate within myself the means to Be and manifest physically what dreams and visions I will into existence.

The state of agonized search for expression can be experienced as the birth throes of my visions and dreams into actualization.

Since desire, wish and expectation rule all actions and are the basis for all realities, my creativity; my desires, wishes and expectations exist before they are physically actualized. The strength and vitality of these can become so insupportable that I can be driven to find the means to produce them.

Understand that without the ‘period’ of contracted yearning I may not be able to concentrate my energy sufficiently enough to create those very realities that are existent now as probabilities, suspended within me.

The agony and the desire to create are my proof of the validity of their existence in my reality.

All probable realities exist as nebulous dreams within consciousness. The unspecific nature of my ‘dreams’ however grows more particular and vivid. The dreams become recognizable one from the other until they become significant enough that consciously with curiosity and yearning, I pay more and more attention to them. Purposely then I imbue them with more detail, and yearn toward these inner realities which have not yet been subjectively separated from my Sself to become here, physically actualized. Thoughts and ideas, even feelings have a reality aside from the physical and temporal ones I normally consider. These realities I have created within, yearn themselves to become actualized. And as they clamor to be released into acutality I also, with great intent, seek the means for them to do so. I understand that the cosmic multiplication of consciousness will not occur unless I discover the means for that actualization.

This primary personal dilemma of how to give them birth may come to completely involve and envelope my consciousness. Relax into this. The pressure I feel will decline as I do so and as they are materialized and given physical expression.

I realize the massive potential that exists in these goals and visions I have. Keeping them to my innerself only serves to keep them unactualized and unexpressed. The means have come to me, I will release (let go of) these dreams and visions from my inner reality. These creations are not just my creation and not just for me. With love and ongoing intent I release them into physical actuality through my actions.

I am triumphant and joyful over each creative act, issue and development that takes place as each of my former dreams and ideals, now visions, goals, projects and the like achieve.

Through these divestments of sSelf of mine I open up infinities of possibilities. From my agony I found the way to burst forth in freedom, through expression, and in so doing gave physical existence to my aims, goals and ideals. Therefore I am rightfully jubilant. All individuals remember their source. Now, as my former inner dreams and visions are in process of fully actualizing themselves they too yearn toward me, their creator to set me free and give me ever greater actuality through their creations.

Within me lives the memory of that primal agony — that urge to create and free all probable consciousness into actuality. As I develop, I form new dimensions and so, serve others in their growth. My impulses guide me toward choices that best fulfill my potentials for development while adding to the overall good of the entire world consciousness.

My thoughts do form reality. I don’t fear them and so they create their own balances.

SETH on The Jews, Germany, Reincarnation and Killing

From The Early Sessions Session 32 pgs. 247 to 251

The problems that a country must work out merely represent the problems set by the personality inhabitants for themselves, and the country is merely the framework of such activities. There is a close bond between reincarnational cycles and earthly historical periods that we will discuss later. Sometimes though not always personalities who need a certain experience will be born into a particular country or race. I have been somewhat avoiding this whole issue since delicate balances are interconnected, and the question of the Jews is one that must bother all men.

The same personalities are not always reborn for example in the same race. It is true that your history shows a continuity of Jewish persecutions, that is persecutions of Jews. The fact is that many personalities who have been famous in any eras have also been proud, brilliant and cruel, and have belittled and persecuted those they considered beneath them.

These personalities, often talented in many directions and often with past experiences of wealth and power, choose to be born as Jews of their own volition, and this is a karmic compensation, not in any sense punishment but a needed adjustment on the part of the personalities involved.

The horrible misdeeds committed upon the Jews by the Germans were certainly not asked for specifically. However large numbers of those Jews were Huns of a very cruel variety in a past existence.

The Germans of that particular generation were not revenging past misdeeds. Revenge has no place in this discussion. In one sense there is no excuse for what occurred. The Jewish people have always displayed great financial abilities, these being natural remnants of knowledge of wealth, as in previous lives many of them had positions of power which they misused.

Your generation as a whole had to learn the importance of thought and responsibility. You had to learn that basically to hate is to kill. The lesson was a practical one. The Germans and the Jews made it plain. Had the hatred not existed in the Germans, it could not have been channeled as it was against the Jews. Free will operated here always.

Killing except for self-protection will be paid for. The idea of killing is what is at fault. If you agree with the killing of birds for example, you wind up with the killing of men. You will all be taught the sacredness of all life, and in the most practical way.

(How about our killing of animals for food?)

On your plane the hunter and the prey system is at this time a necessary one but it will not always be this way. A time will come when you will not have to kill in order to exist, and the balance of nature will take care of itself. This time is sooner on the way than you think. In your country, if there is peace, you will see its beginning in your lifetimes.

(Does this include doing away with slaughterhouses?)

It most certainly does. This involves your own intellectual technology which will be quite able to maintain its population with synthetic proteins. However this technological development will come first; unfortunately the corresponding ethical evolution will follow after.

There is a very practical reason for a reverence for all life, and very practical reasons why man must learn certain facts that up to this point he has considered impractical. He has usually managed to separate his ethical conceptions from his daily business life, but this shall be increasingly difficult for him to manage.

Until you learn reverence for all living things you will continue to slaughterer each other. Again, this does not involve punishment in any sense of the word, but the idea of killing permissiveness is not discriminating. Once you allow yourselves to kill you will kill any living thing. In future lives this involves the race in further adjustments.

A reverence for life is a saving characteristic of any personality who has it. It adds of itself important elements of understanding and growth in a direct manner. Reverence for life will also enable you to understand and deal with other human beings in a more kindly and beneficial manner.

It will enable you to act and to help without blaming them for shortcomings, since these shortcomings may actually have been chosen by them for reasons of compensation. I do not want his session to run too long, however the reverence for life is so important that I wanted to underline it, and also to emphasize that it includes all life and man himself.

SETH on Space and Time

"Space and time are constructions of ideas. They do not appear
physically, as say a table or a chair, yet they seem to define both a
table and a chair, in that you cannot easily conceive of a piece of
furniture, for example, existing except in the medium of space and time.
"The ideas of space and time are constructed in different ways in various

must use a time sequence you understand.
If it were understood that these
civilizations exist at once, then you would not be so surprised that they
'were' able to build structures that you cannot build in
your now.

"In the present physical area in which it seems to you that a physical
civilization once existed, that civilization still exists.
You cannot
meet it though you stand at the same spot,
because of the ideas of time
that separate you.
The civilization in flower, and the ruins, coexist.
The living ancient Sumerians pass the modern tourists without seeing
them, even as the tourists walk in the middle of the old Sumerian marked
places and see only ruins.

"Much of this could be explained in mathematical equations that presently
escape you.
Your own consciousness is contemporary with the ancient
(spelled) as well as with your current selves in your terms.

There are differences in language and culture, and it takes a certain
amount of earth time to travel through space to visit them. In the same
all times exist at once, with their peculiar customs, and in your
terms within the same space that you know.

"You have learned how to make roads through space, but not through time

There are intersections in time and space, however,
that you have not recognized.
I am speaking in your terms, hopefully to
make this simpler.
Times exist then as surely as places. You
think of time as moving toward something, and of space as relatively
stable. "It does not occur to you then that
you can get to times, as you can get
to places.
All of this is highly difficult to explain.
I do not mean for example that time, each moment, is a finished and done
thing to be visited. While
time is not moving in a particular direction,
in your terms,
each moment explodes outwards, or expands outward in all

not behave as you think they do, however.
Presently you understand your
existence only as it intrudes into three dimensions. Its own activity is
in many other dimensions however.

SETH's Information Concerning Egypt and Past Civilizations Structures

"Some of the most sophisticated art is from the past. Bleed-throughs result in its being picked up in your present. Theoretically all of the information of so-called lost civilizations is quite available to you, as yours is to them. A closed mind will perceive none of this.

Many physical structures have existed in your terms in the same space now occupied by your apartment house. Because of your root assumptions, however, it is not possible for you to perceive these, nor those that will come 'after.' Yet those structures exist as validly as the apartment house.

"They share certain coordinates. Knowing those coordinates would, of course, be very important., but the
other realities would still remain non-realities to you unless you changed your primary focus. When you do that there is no need to know what the coordinates are. The inner self is quite aware of all of this. It picks and chooses the information and data that is important to you, and makes it available according to your desires.

I did get a line just now," she said. "Something about how they
prepared the air first, for the construction of the pyramid.
..Now I'm getting the
feeling of an awful lot of
people, chanting - thousands of them - this still has
to do with the pyramids.") (It's a real funny feeling, as though the sound could break through into the living room," Jane said. I said I thought I understood what Seth was doing: in light of the material we'd been getting, he was giving Jane the experience of that ancient time and our present time, showing that both are simultaneous. a whole mass of people would visualize a pyramid in their imagination," Jane said, "then through their chanting, the use of certain vowels and pitches, they actually changed the air where that building was going to be. They made a boundary in the air," she said making angular gestures, "a cohesiveness, for this imaginary structure. Then they had certain kinds of tuning forks, then some kind of instrument. The noise of the chant was like something that you'd use to turn on this instrument - when the chant got to a certain pitch it turned on this instrument, and it somehow intensified and focused sound to what we would call an incredible energy degree - broke it down and then focused it in certain directions. ("You could move very heavy objects with it. The objects were levitated -raised up in the air, no matter how heavy. They only needed to be guided by people to some degree. Many men were used to guiding them but not to lift or carry them. The sound instrument had a fantastic cohesive effect that bound atoms and molecules together.")

And beside that the instruments also set up some kind of extra charge that we don't understand yet, around objects that were so constructed, like the pyramids," Jane continued. She was speaking faster now than she had in the session. "Doors and passageways inside the pyramids will open through the correct sound messages and signals, and were designed only to open if
those correct signals were given.")
(This sounds really weird. There are also invisible pyramids - we just can't see them." I could tell that Jane didn't know what to make of this data; she was even hesitant at telling me. "These pyramids were constructed in such a way that they reflect everything else, so that when you look at them you don't see them as objects. Wait, I'm not getting this right...they're perfect camouflages of where ever they are, but certain sound pitches would make them visible.")

"These are structures engineered on the earth extremely cleverly. Sound patterns would physically materialize them, but if these patterns aren't given then the structures are just out of the range of what you would normally consider physical. They're complete, see, if this pattern is given or spoken.") (Jane said, "It's as though they're frozen - this isn't a good word - at a certain stage until these patterns are given." (Pause.) "All objects have their own sound patterns that help form their structure [Cymatics] as much as the atoms and molecules do...")

Something about these instruments making atoms and molecules denser, somehow—doing different things with them...")
"Now. The information Ruburt gave is substantially correct." "You know that
sound has an effect upon living things. It can help mend bone. It can also be used, however, to reinforce structures.

Rob: My own eyes closed and I let myself drift.) (In a few moments I seemed to visualize a pyramid shape that was based on pictures I remembered of the actual structures in Egypt. This was very pleasant. I seemed to be above the building looking down at it. This image, on a slight angle, was probably more subjective than objective. Then I seemed to feel a deep ringing gong-type sound [Harmonics?], that was rather prolonged. It was repeated several times. After this I felt and heard a series of chants by an unseen group, seemingly out of my field of vision to my right.) (The chanting was low and monotonous. It went up and down the scale but a few notes. I had the feeling that it would repeat itself almost effortlessly as long as I sat in this state and listened. I enjoyed the experience, and was somewhat surprised at the results.)

(I opened my eyes. Jane opened hers, and I could see that Seth was present. I described what I had experienced, not knowing if I had accomplished anything even remotely approaching what he had in mind. "I don't know why," I added, "but I associated the square base of the pyramid with this gong effect. It was as though I could see this shape especially well while listening to the gong sound, which was quite prolonged actually. It seemed to repeat itself. Like the chants, which were pretty monotonous, up and down a few notes on the scale. They weren't pitched very high, either.")

(She saw a structure like a pyramid shape. She had the feeling that 'heavier sounds were at the bottom. These formed the base of the pyramid." She tried several times to explain this to me. It was all important, she said, that the heavier sounds were at the base of the structures.
